1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Halesia Lifestyle under the legal entity Halesia Beauty. Policies differ for physical products, printed books, and digital products.
2. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened beauty products
- Skincare or wellness items
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Samples or promotional items
3. Printed Books (KDP & Direct Sales)
Amazon KDP purchases are subject to Amazon's policies.
Direct sales: returns accepted within 7 days if unused and unmarked.
4. Digital Products
Due to their nature, all digital sales are final. Replacements are provided only for corrupt files or download issues.
5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products
Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details. A replacement or full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
